6. Pricing

Prices shown are indicative and confirmed by the hotel. MyOtel360 does not guarantee prices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyOtel360 platform (text, images, logos, design) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyOtel360 is not liable for damage arising from hotel services or user errors. Our platform provides information and facilitation only.

11. Governing Law
